Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Communications Officer to join our team in Brussels for a six week assignment. This position can be part time (50%). You will contribute to updating and managing the website and social media platforms, as well as preparing the newsletter. The team consists of three members with diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise. Main Responsibilities Maintain and update the website and social media channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook). Edit recorded videos from the monthly online seminar. Actively seek contributions and edit articles for the April edition of the e newsletter. Collect and compile success stories from events in 2024 and manage its social media accounts (X, Instagram, Facebook). Profile Experience with website Content Management Systems (WordPress), social media (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong digital skills and a willingness to learn new tools. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage projects within deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
