1. POSITION SUMMARY
In this internship, the core tasks will be related to the day-to-day support of handling complaints for medical devices sold in the EMEA region. You will assist with initiating product quality complaints in EtQ, ensuring investigations are progressed, and helping to draft and issue customer communications, including complaint response letters, in a timely manner.

2. JOB FUNCTIONS
As Complaints Intern, we can entrust the following tasks to you. This is a non-exhaustive list of tasks:
* Maintain customer complaint intake, database and files per relevant policies.
* Monitor customer complaint intake and enter complaints for initiation.
* Co-ordinate, monitor and track samples return and product replacements as the result of a product quality issue.
* Track and manage the complaint investigations to ensure the investigations are completed in a timely manner.
* Provide complaint status updates to customers and track complaint closures.
* Assure accuracy, integrity, completeness and consistency of product complaint files.
3. KEY RELATIONSHIPS
This role interfaces closely with his/her manager and team members, and cross-department contacts for collaborative projects as requested.
4. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Currently enrolled in a business school or university program with a focus of related field.
5. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
You feel comfortable in an informal, international and fast-paced work culture. You are eager to learn and sense of initiative.

* You can speak and write fluent English and have a command of Dutch. German, French or Spanish is a plus;
* You are numerically and analytically sound; have computer literacy and can easily work with Office; Excel and PowerPoint;
