Job Description
* A family-owned company based in SPAIN, specializing in the construction and development of holiday homes in the Mediterranean region.
* Over 20,000 homes delivered since its founding.
Responsibilities
* Represent the brand in the Belgian real estate market.
* Develop the commercial market.
* Advise and build loyalty among Belgian real estate agents interested in selling the company’s products.
* Visit real estate developments in Spain to gain product knowledge and create effective training plans for partner agencies.
* Assist in decision-making by advising and following up with individual clients according to company protocols.
* Participate in defining the marketing plan for the market.
* Attend various events (real estate fairs, product and service presentations, etc.).
