About the job
As a Key Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for managing, optimizing and expanding relationships with our client's key customers in the e-commerce sector. Your primary role will be striving for meeting and exceeding the online sales goals. In addition, you will be the primary contact for the client and will creatively and flexibly adapt to their needs.
Your main responsibilities will be :
5. To develop and maintain solid relationships with your clients and strive for win/win outcomes in the relationship

To ensure that set goals within the strategic plans are met or even exceeded by: Following up on the annual trade terms and implementing the accounts plans Identifying and developing new business opportunities and fully elaborating these Stimulating growth in turnover, margin and market share Negotiating with the clients and promoting actions to capitalize on commercial opportunities
7. To analyze sales data and market trends to understand and anticipate customer needs
8. To conduct business reviews internally & externally to measure progress and take the necessary actions
9. To develop and implement actions, marketing activities and promotion plans in collaboration with our marketeers
About the ideal candidate
10. You have relevant experience in account management
11. You possess excellent commercial and negotiation skills and know how to convince customers.
12. You communicate clearly and efficiently with various stakeholders.
13. You take initiative and can work autonomously .

15. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
