With the purpose to grow our Sales team we are looking for motivated people.
About the Role
* To acquire new clients towards new business development actions
* To network with clients and develop relationsship & qualitative business opportunities.
* To manage leads coming from the team and transform them into business reality.
* To activate dormant clients to gain preferred supplier or sole supplier status where possible.
* To generate and then fill new vacancies/leads through the support of the delivery team or through your own recruitment network and actions.
* To maximise business opportunities by cross-selling other parts of Innova solutions and liaising with colleagues where appropriate.
* To manage and develop your acquired client.
* To arrange, conduct and document client meetings, giving presentations where appropriate.
* To negotiate business of terms, seek and gain authorisation on any negotiation of terms.
* To perform on agreed amount of weekly business development activity.
* To promote and manage advertising campaigns, commercial meetings, fair representation, consultancy services, etc. where appropriate.
* To record activity accurately and speedily on the relevant computer systems.
* To create/conduct regular mail-shots to clients and/or candidates.
* To network with candidates to develop business opportunities and additional candidates.
* To support the delivery team to find suitable candidates to open your new account. When needed, support the delivery team with candidate searches and job sites to find suitable candidates for vacancies.
* To proactively work on candidates to place them in suitable vacancies.
* To arrange interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring all parties are fully briefed and prepared. To manage the contract setup, special provisions negotiation & offer processes.
* To compile timely management reporting information to enable effective monitoring of company and personal performance.
* To propose & compile timely management reporting information on team activity and sales. To produce team business plans as agreed with line manager.
* To ensure all administrative tasks within the team. Those duties are not limited & may vary depending on the needs and the capacity of the business.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above
Required Skills
* Minimum 2 years experience into the recruitment, staffing or IT-solutions industry
* Minimum 2 years experience into sales development activities
* Fluent in French or Dutch + English
Pay range and compensation package
* Base Salary: Based on experience.
