As a recruiter in our European Logistics Campus (ELC), you will be a key member of the EMEA TA team. Additionally, you partner with the global talent COE, university relations, TA Operations, People Solutions and the EMEA Talent COE.
Who We Are Looking For
Above everything else, we are looking for a talent acquisition professional who is curious; action-oriented; uses logical and sequential thinking to plan & execute work; continues to challenge themselves to keep informed about new trends in talent or technology; is able to manage multiple projects and serves as a role model of what great TA can look like towards your customers (business, BHR and talent). It’s as much about the drive and the attitude you bring to what you do, as it is about the exceptional recruitment experience you deliver time after time, delighting your customers along the way!
* A track record/career in recruiting (full life-cycle recruiting)
* Experience across supporting business functions within a large scale corporate environment across different companies/industries and with a focus in corporate and distribution talent hiring
* Experience in understanding the Belgian talent market as well as other European markets is an asset
* Proven experience in influencing hiring decisions with data & insights
* You showcase exceptional relationship management skills and bring examples of the times and ways you have brought Business/HR along with a narrative & communication approach which goes beyond sharing a shortlist
* Recruitment experience involving a proactive & agile sourcing model, engaging passive candidates and diverse networks including talent scouting, networking, headhunting and nurturing long term relationships for future engagement
* Exceptional cross HR functional relationship management, specifically demonstrated through the way in which you engage with your BHR and collaboration with other HR functions which interface with the recruitment team (e.g. PS, DM)
* Comfortable with all technology & recruiting systems used in your day to day (ATS: Workday; CRM: Avature; LinkedIn Recruiter; LinkedIn Talent Insights Platform; Smartsheets – or equivalent)
What You’ll Work On
You will work in our agile recruitment model and structure as an experienced & enthusiastic TA partner to business functions within our EMEA organisation - driving exceptional talent hiring across the region! You’ll develop unique recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers, having a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement.
* You’re a talent scout & magnet! We want you to build and lead progressive recruitment strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend the world’s top talent to Nike while delivering diverse shortlists for hiring
* You will own and drive key projects around market research for your functions supported in Belgium, related to talent mapping or talent availability, influencing and educating the HR Community and business on industry methodologies & market insights
* Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise on NIKE recruitment and champion changes in process or philosophy towards the business & in collaboration with the BHR and specialist HR teams
* You'll utilize broad market knowledge and creatively network to build, manage and maintain pipeline(s) of qualified talent. It’s also about giving back to the team
