We are seeking a motivated E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to collaborate with our dynamic marketing team. In this exciting role, you will act as a key bridge between our E-commerce Merchandising Center of Excellence (CoE) and the marketing teams in EMEA/APAC.
Your mission is to develop engaging e-commerce training content, boost customer engagement, and optimize the online experience to drive traffic, conversions, and business growth. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Role and Responsibilities
You will deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. Your tasks will include:
* Adapting and implementing the global e-commerce merchandising strategy to meet regional market needs.
* Creating and executing localized content and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer engagement in close collaboration with marketing teams.
* Developing training materials to enhance understanding of regional e-commerce offerings for both customers and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborating with CoE experts to roll out e-commerce merchandising strategies through on-site tools like CMS & Optimizely and serving as the key user of CMS within the marketing teams.
* Analyzing and reporting on the performance of e-commerce marketing activities, providing recommendations for optimization.
* Working with Marketing Leads and teams, as well as CoE E-commerce Merchandising, to ensure alignment between online and offline marketing efforts for a cohesive strategy.
Profile
We are looking for someone who can find simple solutions to complex problems. To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on strategy execution.
* Expertise in marketing and hands-on experience with on-site tools (e.g., CMS, Optimizely) and content creation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
* Experience in developing training and onboarding materials for diverse audiences.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools to optimize user experiences and drive conversions.
* Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive).
