Business development & people management
1. As a business developer you set up the project business division in the Belgium and Luxembourg area, within the existing Belgium organization and Benelux management structure.
2. You conduct market research, develop a project sales plan and act on your own by developing this new market.
3. As a people manager you support the retention and growth of the current Wholesales business and Key Account management. You nurture, develop, and grow the existing business with the current team.
4. As a manager you regularly review project sales and marketing plans by collaborating with the marketing team.
5. You are a member of the BeLux Management team and have a close cooperation with the Dutch colleagues.
6. You are responsible for the BeLux sales results and report to the General Manager
Profile
7. You work on a Masters level, through education or obtained by working experience, of a Commercial education, a Business administration and/or technical studies.
8. Proven experience of +5 years in sales management and business development.
9. Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management in a project business.
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
11. Understanding of technical products and their applications.
12. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
13. Goal oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
14. Team player, persistent and self-steering.
15. You speak Dutch and French because youll work in the BeLux. English is the company language.
