Senior Treasury Operations Analyst
This role will be based in Belgium and support the day-to-day operations of our In-House Banking structure and will provide cash management support to our Global Payment Factory.
This position reports into the Manager Treasury Operations and is based at our Belgium, Antwerp offices.

What You Will Do
The Sr Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with all Belgium Treasury operations processes. This includes supporting all activities related to the execution and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the In-house bank and Global Payment Factory activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the day-to-day operations of the in-house banking (IHB) structure:
2. Cash management and optimization of the Kenvue IHB, allowing centralized cash management, liquidity and risk through processing of treasury transactions, operations funding and upstreaming of cash.
3. Provide central cash flow forecasting to ensure the OUS MCP (multi-currency cash pool) funds are maximally used to pay off US debt.
4. Support automation and streamlining of processes; work with banks, treasury operations teams and IT to set up new structures within the cash pool and end-to-end optimized visibility.
5. Work with One/S4 and IT teams to support Kenvue migrations and ERP set-up.
6. Provide cash management & spot trading support to operate a Global Payment Factory:
7. Support analysis required to adhere and comply with our banking strategy and regulations for payment programs.
8. Support process changes linked to bank rationalizations, tax compliance, supplier finance.
9. Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to implement new ISO 20022 payment standards.
10. Assist with the standup of new business processes focused on optimizing cash management, new product set-ups and compliance.

13. Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
14. Strong capabilities in MS Excel
15. Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
16. Fluent in English as a minimum
17. Min 2-4 years of experience
18. Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
Desired Qualifications
19. Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax and banking relationships
20. Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance
21. Experience in Treasury Management Systems
