You will play a pivotal role in developing a specific account within the pharmaceutical sector, working on exciting projects in Life Sciences with your team.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Developing overall market share, generating leads through active prospection and detecting opportunities;
* Promoting and selling key offers with the support of Subject Matter Experts;
* Detecting, selecting, prioritizing and managing major opportunities to focus on;
* Ensuring client satisfaction and intimacy, performing client power/influence mapping;
* Identifying and summarizing client needs in terms of resources to power Strategic Resource Planning;
* Managing relationships with clients (contract, purchase order, cash collection);
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders on business transformation of the account while improving Capgemini Engineering's footprint in both contingency and consultancy services business;
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for Life Sciences and the Pharmaceutical environment.
* Holds a Master's degree in biochemistry or a degree in bio-engineering.
* Brings minimum 2 years of experience in consulting and/or service business development in the life sciences industry (preferably as Sales Account Manager or Business Manager).
* Fluent in French and English.
* Is customer-centric and knows how to work with demanding business stakeholders.
* Applies a structured and straightforward approach to high-tech and complex projects.
* Has a business drive and demonstrates strong interpersonal and business management skills.
* Values business growth and people development.
