For one of our clients, a reputable Collection Company, we are looking for a dynamic and experimented HR Business Partner .
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the various human resources activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, as well as employee well-being.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the administrative management of personnel and the follow-up of employee files, ensuring good communication to help them.
2. Be the point of contact for employee questions and for external recruitment partners (universities and job fairs).
3. Manage the candidate recruitment process.
4. Collaboration on HR projects, from development to planning and implementation.
Profile:
5. Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
6. Proven experience in Human Resources.
7. Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
8. Customer-focused approach.
9. Strong analytical skills, good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
10. Fluent in French, the knowledge of Dutch and English would be a strong asset.
