Our client, a well-known HVAC distributor member of an international industrial group, is looking for a sales manager to develop the sales strategy. Your main role will be to lead a team of 10 technical sales. The working atmosphere is really good and you will join the management team of the company.
Their offices are located between Antwerpen and Brussels (easily reachable by car).
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the HVAC sector.
* Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Identify and establish relationships with new and existing clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
* Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding HVAC products.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to CEO.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC industry.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC products and distribution channels.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
