For our market leader in road construction, we arelooking for a Site Manager specifically forasphalt.
* Your working day starts at 7 amand you will mainly work in the region of East Flanders andAntwerp.
* As a real people manager, you areresponsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of thesite teams (1 to 2 shifts).
* You takeresponsibility for the sites.
* You areresponsible for the organisation, coordination and control of thework.
* You mainly work daytime hours, but areprepared to work weekends or at night on very exceptionaloccasions.

What elseare we looking for?
* You have a valid drivinglicence;
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in construction engineering or equivalent throughexperience;
* The East and West Flanders regionare feasible for you;
* You already have min. 3years' experience as a manager in the constructionsector;
* Ideally experience or some knowledgerelated to road construction/asphalt;
* You havestrong communication and leadership skills.
* Youhave strong organisational skills.
* You aresolution-oriented and have a hands-onmentality.
