The Social Media Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
* Develop a 1-3 year social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement
* Design innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness, support product launches, and drive sales
* Oversee editorial calendar and content across platforms, ensuring visual and editorial consistency with Product Managers
* Propose and implement PR and influencer marketing strategies, managing influencer partnerships and campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and features for brand applications, enhancing the user experience
* Partner with external agencies
* Continuously monitor social media trends and industry best practices
* Regularly evaluate campaign and post performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in social media
* Experience with influencer marketing is a plus
* Experience in a communication agency and the consumer goods sector is a plus
* Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret performance metrics
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
* Fluency in Dutch is a must, good level of French
