Your role and responsibilities
As a trusted advisor, your main responsibility is to create meaningful impact by guiding our clients through transformations in the domain of data driven decision making. As we expect our consultants to be able to propose our full offering, you have a broad interest in transformation aspects related to strategy, technology/digital and people & organisation. We don’t expect you to be the expert in all these domains, but we are sure you agree that being able to connect them is important.
On a project level, you will be responsible for:
1. Initiating, implementing and performing project activities that contribute to a successful strategy implementation and maximise both customer satisfaction as well as project team fulfilment.
2. Initiating, defining, developing and applying project methodologies and tools to guarantee a consistent and efficient approach.
3. Planning, following and reporting own/team activities to guarantee the planned deliverables in a timely and qualitative way, within agreed budget.
In the field of business development and people management:
1. You listen well to prospects and clients to detect opportunities to provide services that bring added value to them.
2. You like to work together with colleagues, provide them opportunities to grow and to deliver results as a team.
3. You are enthusiastic about putting your network at work to connect Arch with new clients and to attract new people to enlarge the Arch team.
Your skills and qualifications
As the strong Data Insights Management Consultant, you recognise yourself in the following profile:
* 10+ years of relevant consulting experience and more specifically in Informed Decision Making and Data Foundation.
* Projects like setting up or improving processes for data management to decision-making, linked to the necessary roles and organisation, setting up metrics and translating them within the organisation, designing dashboards and analytics solutions and this from strategic to highly operational levels are your cup of tea.
* Therefore, you have a good generalist knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik and analysis tools such as Python and of technical infrastructures such as data lakes, data warehouses and cloud platforms (Cloudera, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.). But also, an understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK) and data quality management.
* Delivering projects at clients is not the only thing that gives you energy. You also have a broad business network where you love to introduce the Arch offering. You have a passion for detecting opportunities, capturing the needs of the prospect/client, translating it into an offer and closing the deal.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: you get a message across to an individual, small, and large groups.
* An informing team player, who values transparency and structured project planning.
* Strong listening skills: we don't have ready-made answers, so first listening to the client to properly understand his problem or challenges is key.
* A lifelong learner, a trusted advisor with a broad scope of different interests who learns new things quickly so you can adapt accordingly.
* Pragmatic: using a no-nonsense approach, we provide understandable solutions that are easy to implement and fit the specific situation.
* Committed: we speak the customer's language. As a result, we build mutual trust and strong commitment that guarantees lasting results.
* Result-oriented: by setting realistic and measurable goals together from the start, we achieve achievable and expected results.
* Trustworthy: we continuously share our insights with the customer, creatively and with courage if necessary.
* You are ideally trilingual: Dutch, French and English. Dutch is a must.
