What do you have to offer?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they meet our customers’ business needs. A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, a.o Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development.
• Experience with HR business processes and workflows.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including middleware and APIs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
Which task can you expect?
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our international and fast growing team. As a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our clients, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and architect solutions, and manage the implementation process from start to finish. Next to external clients, your internal counterparts are Project Managers, Senior Consultants, (Pre-)Sales colleagues and Strategic Account managers.
• Work with clients to gather business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Design and architect SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on client requirements, industry best practices, and technical feasibility.
• Manage the implementation process, including solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts.
• Collaborate with other architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors solutions integrate with other systems and meet business needs.
• Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for system optimization and improvement.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors technology developments and emerging trends in the HR technology space.
