We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to join our EMEA marketing team in Leuven.

This role will be critical in driving qualified leads, accelerating pipeline growth, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, a strong understanding of B2B marketing, and a proven ability to execute integrated campaigns that generate measurable ROI.

Your Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, and content syndication).
2. Build and manage automated nurture programs, scoring models, and workflows in Marketo to improve engagement and conversion.
3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with pipeline and revenue goals.
4. Manage campaign performance reporting, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
5. Partner with content, digital, and product marketing teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.
6. Support lead management processes, ensuring leads are properly tracked, routed, and followed up on.
7. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new tools that enhance demand generation effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

8. Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles.
9. Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, including building campaigns, workflows, and reporting.
10. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
11. Experience working with CRM systems.
12. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
13. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
14. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

15. Familiarity with martech tools (Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Monday.com, Hootsuit).
16. Marketing campaign management (B2B/B2C)
17. Experience in global B2B, manufacturing or IT environments.
18. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and paid digital advertising.
