Power up your career in industrial hydraulics with a global leader in filtration technology. We’re looking for a technically minded, customer-focused Senior Territory Manager to drive that expansion. You’ll work closely with distribution partners and industrial customers to deliver tailored filtration solutions that improve reliability, reduce contamination, and keep hydraulic systems performing at their best.

Role Responsibilities:

5. Own and develop your territory, drive growth by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
6. Cultivate deep relationships with distributors aligning on strategy and supporting their sales efforts.
7. Partner with distributor teams on customer visits, project development, application insights, and technical recommendations.
8. Deliver impactful product training and technical support to maximize distributor effectiveness.
9. Apply your knowledge of hydraulics to provide consultative guidance, helping customers solve reliability and contamination through advanced filtration solutions.
10. Collaborate across internal teams: engineering, product management, customer service, and marketing, to meet partner and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

11. A solid experience in industrial sales, ideally in hydraulics, fluid power, or a closely related sector.
12. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability in complex systems environments.
13. Track record of consistent sales achievement and customer success.
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
15. Ability to travel 50% mostly to Western and Northern Europe. Main distributors are in France, the Nordics, Netherlands, and Spain.

Bonus points if you have:

16. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience preferred
17. Demonstrated ability to use good public relations skills including having a professional impact and being able to present to different audiences in a persuasive manner
