We are looking for a dynamic HRBP EMEA to guide human resources strategy and operations across our European Mobile Solutions business (OE & Aftermarket). Reporting to the HR Director for Europe, this role drives alignment between HR and business goals, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures consistent HR service delivery across multiple countries and sites. This role is primarily located in Leuven, Belgium. However, for internal applicants, we are open to considering their existing work location

Key Responsibilities

4. Guide and support a regional team of HR Managers in union and non-union environments.
5. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, labor law compliance, and ethical practices.
6. Oversee core HR operations: employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits.
7. Partner with business managers to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
8. Manage union relations, including negotiations, grievances, and collective bargaining.
9. Monitor and improve HR metrics: retention, engagement, absenteeism, etc.
10. Facilitate internal audits and compliance reviews; liaise with legal counsel as needed.
11. Identify talent needs and support succession planning and development programs.
12. Support change initiatives, organizational design, and training delivery.
13. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent, L&D) to adapt programs for regional execution.

Travel: 10% travel included (PL, DE, CZ, IT, UK)

Minimum Qualifications

14. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent by experience.
15. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing management.
16. Proven track record managing a team
17. Strong background in labor relations and union negotiations.
18. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
19. Experience with change management, process improvement, and complex employee relations.

Preferred Qualifications

20. Solid experience having worked as HR in a manufacturing environment
21. Proven success managing dispersed HR teams across multiple countries.
