The Inside Sales Representative plays an important role within Mobile Solutions, working closely with OEM customers and internal teams. This position, for a 9-months contract with possibility of a permanent contract. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and career development within the organization. As part of the Mobile Solutions Sales Team, the Account Specialist collaborates across departments and with external partners, ensuring high-quality service and supporting sustainable business growth.What’s in It for YouA collaborative, inclusive sales team with a strong record of delivering meaningful projectsA temp to perm contract of 9 months with upon positive evaluation the possibility to receive a permanent contract with a fair and transparent salary, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, hybrid work culture, and growth opportunities in a dynamic organizationYour ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experiencePrepare customer quotations and ensure timely and accurate follow-upConduct basic revenue performance assessments (price, margin, cost) and provide well-informed pricing recommendationsManage internal sales tasks with appropriate autonomy and initiativeHandle customer inquiries (pricing, delivery timelines, product offering, feedback) through effective, professional, and solution-focused communicationSupport APD (Advanced Product Development) project tasks – streamline, derivative, paint & pack, and import – including preparation and participation in internal and external meetings, follow-up actions, and ensuring customer deadlines are metContribute to other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the success of the Sales TeamMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree1+ year of experience in a customer-focused roleStrong verbal and written communication skills in English & FrenchPreferred QualificationsGerman and/or any additional languages are an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with CRM systems and Oracle
