About the Role
As a Technical Solution Architect, you will engage with industrial customers and the product teams to implement leading industrial solutions which make a real impact. You will be responsible for working with functional solution architects to define and develop add on solutions to our out of the box software.
You will be responsible for translating our EMEA customer business goals/requirements into technical solutions based on our Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) products OpsCenter mostly related to the Process Industry (Food & Beverage, Chemical...) or Automotive Industry (including Battery production).
Area of Responsibility
1. Supporting the design workshops conducted by the functional solution architect which will leading to definition of user requirement specifications, functional designspecifications and the solution proposal.
2. Reviewing and validating the solution outline/architecture, functional design specifications, interface design specifications from a technical perspective.
3. Leading on architectural/technical design to address business problems you will leverage your domain expertise to act as a trusted advisory considering Siemens best practices.
4. During the project implementation you will work closely together with the functional consultants, support them in translating the functional specifications into technical design and implement this into a final solution
5. Defining the proper quality test plans/protocols to ensure the required quality level for the solution will a crucial aspect in your role.
6. Maintaining & growing excellent professional relationship with customer and other internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
7. Degree in engineering or equivalent experience as consultant, preferably in the Process Industry, chemicals, F&B, Automotive Industries focusing on Quality .
8. Experience and knowledge in continuous, batch production environments
9. Good experience in integrating with ERP system, automation systems, equipment’s, …
10. Knowledge of Digital Manufacturing solutions with exposure to LIMS/PLM solutions is highly desirable.
11. Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Technology (SQL Server, .Net Core, Entity framework…)
12. Skilled in .Net development, Java script, HTML, …
13. Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. Having experience as scrum master is a nice benefit.
14. Communicative, analytical, customer-oriented, bold, flexible, autonomous, and structured.
15. Able to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
16. You must be fluent in English
