Job purpose
The Library Officer administers the technical library required for CAMO services for the Challenge Group aircraft.
Your responsibilities
The Library Officer is responsible to:
* Manage the provisioning of the required technical and regulatory documentation,
* Ensure to obtain the latest revisions,
* Administer the library in AMOS,
* Enter the safety publications (Airworthiness Directives) in AMOS, thereby triggering the assessment of the applicable documents by the CAMO team,
* Dispatch the technical documentation and manuals as relevant,
* Archive the obsolete technical documentation and ensure that it’s clearly identified as not current,
* Administer the TC and STC publication sites (as Boeing Toolbox),
* Liaise with regulatory authorities (EASA, FAA, etc.), OEM, STC holders, vendors, etc. on technical publication matters,
* Manage the provisioning of Aircraft Technical Logs printed materials (ATL booklets, specific forms, etc).
Your profile
* Secondary school or equivalent
* Good administration skills, good at attention to detail;
* Good communication skills in English;
* Professional, proactive and accurate;
* Experience with Microsoft Office;
* Knowledge of aviation technical terminology is an advantage;
* Experience with aviation software Swiss-AS AMOS is an advantage but NOT NEEDED.
