Salary: Up to £70,400 per year on a 37-hour basic week, plus Overtime available.
Benefits: Strong benefits package including double match pension scheme.

Overtime Payments:
Monday - Saturday (8am till midnight) - Time and a Half
Monday - Saturday (midnight to 8am) - Double Time
Sunday - Double Time (all hours)
Overtime is not mandatory.
Role
The Electrical Construction Manager has a key role in the SPT business, responsible for managing CMT resource and outputs during Development, Procurement, Delivery, and Closure for all major projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Development, Procurement (Prequalification/Tendering) and Construction delivery of project scopes from concept to closure.
2. Ensure regulatory compliance with Health and Safety Law, CDM regulations 2015, and Environmental Legislation.
3. Manage the commercial management and administration of each package of work to control CAPEX risk.
4. Monitor regulatory outputs in line with programmed milestones.
5. Manage and monitor all supply, civil, electrical, cable & OHL packages ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and O&M standards.
What you will bring
* Proven knowledge and experience in planning and managing specifications, designs, maintenance, construction, and commissioning of Electrical works.
* Ability to interpret Electrical schematic and wiring design drawings.
* Basic knowledge in engaging and delivering civil, OHL, and cable packages of work.
* Strong leadership and planning skills.
* Experience in Contract Management.
* Effective awareness of management of NEC / FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
* Ability to lead and collaborate on project outputs with a team and external stakeholders.
* Understanding of Line Management responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
* Preferred Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management within the Power Sector.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Current five-day SMSTS qualification.
