Talented has partnered with a multinational company specializing in industrial tools, equipment, and solutions. Operating globally, the company provides a wide range of products and services for industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, mining, and oil & gas.
As part of this collaboration, we are expanding our SMARTLINK IoT platform, which enables customers to remotely monitor their machines through advanced connectivity. This technology allows businesses to take preventive action before a breakdown occurs, ensuring higher efficiency and reduced downtime. With a strong focus on IoT, we have increased our revenue by €2.5 billion and connected over 300,000 machines, generating massive amounts of data daily. This data is essential in helping customers optimize performance, reduce costs, and identify efficiency improvements, such as energy savings. With over 10 years of IoT experience, we now manage one of the largest IoT infrastructures in Belgium and Europe, driving continuous innovation in the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
* Design and develop cloud applications and services.
* Build back-end functionalities and APIs to support the platform.
* Collaborate closely with architects and security teams.
* Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends.
Who You Are:
* Experience in cloud software development, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
* Back-end development with .NET
* Databases (MS SQL, MongoDB) and messaging services (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
* Proactive mindset – you take action when you spot potential issues.
* Strong programming and development skills.
* Based within the EU, but open to relocating to Belgium.
