Team description
The accessory and parts quality team ensures the high quality of our products meeting our customers expectations through build-in quality confirmations during the development phase and quality control and quality improvement activities during the full product cycle
Your responsibilities
1. Project Management: Organise quality activities inline with project milestones to assure on-time launch
2. Pre-production stage: Ensure build-in product quality by working closely with design and installation teams. Evaluate and approve supplier quality product documentation and manufacturing processes
3. Problem solving: Assure on-time containment actions and perform in-depth root cause analysis leading to implementation of corrective action to ensure reoccurrence prevention
4. Supplier improvement: Perform product and process audit at suppliers and co-ordinate supplier quality improvement programs

Your Profile
5. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
6. You have a Master degree in Engineering
7. You have minimum 3 years experience in project quality tools (such as AQP /PPAP) and in problem solving tools (such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5x why)
8. You have good practical experience in manufacturing technologies (casting, injection, assembly, at automotive manufacturer or automotive Tier 1
9. You have been conducting supplier and process audits as lead auditor
10. You have demonstrated project management skills including on-time achievement of milestones
