As a Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive business growth across the Balkans, Armenia, Moldova, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
* Build strong relationships with high-level decision-makers, including ministries, government officials, and public administrations.
* Identify and analyze market opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
* Lead complex, long-cycle B2G sales processes, managing negotiations and key milestones over multiple years.
* Represent the company with credibility, leveraging its service quality and operational agility to stand out from larger competitors.
* Ensure hands-on involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Travel frequently to the region to establish and strengthen partnerships on the ground.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* Fluent in Greek and English - knowledge of other regional languages is a strong asset (Romanian, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, etc.)
* Strong background in B2G sales, with a track record of managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
* Ability to engage with high-level political stakeholders and navigate public sector procurement processes.
* Self-driven, strategic thinker, and highly adaptable to diverse cultural environments.
* Brussels-based, with availability for frequent travel across the assigned region.
