Summary
Are you an organized, analytical, and hands-on professional with experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Barcelona and help us drive operational excellence in a fast-growing, international environment. You’ll be part of a company that’s reshaping how we approach food and travel packaging—bringing sustainability, efficiency, and innovation together. Main responsibilities
* Create and follow up on purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery
* Monitor and control stock levels to meet demand without overstocking
* Liaise with transport agencies and freight forwarders for national and international shipments
* Coordinate inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
* Analyze purchase and stock data to identify trends and improve efficiency
* Ensure deadlines are met to avoid disruptions in operations
* Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with company objectives
* Continuously work on improving processes to reduce costs and optimize supply chain performance
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
* 3 years of experience in a similar roles
* Solid knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems
* Experience with inventory and procurement management
* Familiarity with international logistics and foreign trade
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
