Je coördineert multidisciplinaire teams, bewaakt planningen en budgetten en zorgt dat alle systemen voldoen aan technische en duurzame eisen. Jouw expertise is cruciaal voor het succes van deze unieke projecten.

* As part of a human resources team, Talent Acquisition Officer (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s needs. This person needs to have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
* Screening resumes.
* Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
* Administering appropriate company assessments.
* Performing reference and background checks.
* Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
* Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
* Following up on the interview process status.
* Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
* Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
* Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
* Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
* Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Vereisten
* 3+Years experience within Talent Acquisition/recruitment
* Good knowledge with ATS (applicant tracking system
* Experience with Workday is a very strong added value
* Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
* Experien with LinkedIn search
* Non-Technical profile requirements
* Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction.
* Customer centered with excellent communicational skills.
* Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
* Quick learner, motivated self-starter.
* Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
* Good people management skills
* Effective negotiation skills
* Methodology/Certification requirements
* Bachelor Degree OR equivalent through experience in HR, Business administration or relevant field.
* Fluent speaking and writing Dutch and English, proficiency in other languages is a major plus.
