Job Content: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Architect to join our team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in business development. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, designing solutions and driving the sales of our comprehensive range of services, including on cloud development, automation, data and AI/Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Luxembourg market. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base across various service offerings.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our diverse service offerings. Provide technical guidance and assistance on designing solutions as part of our sales process.
* Proposal/Offer Development: Understand and determine customers unmet needs, elaborate, word and present compelling proposals / offers and presentations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams (product management, tech leads) to ensure your proposals meet client requirements and align with our capabilities.
* Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and achievements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including account management, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction
Profile: Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or software development industry. This could be in SaaS or Solutions, or in an enterprise environment.
