Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
* Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
* Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Collaborate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to introduce new technologies and optimize production workflows.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data driven insights to drive operational excellence.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and automation systems.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, automation, and production planning.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement strategies.
* Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a hands on approach.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment and work effectively within a team.
