Your tasks and responsibilities?
5. Manage general maintenance (coordination of sub-contractors/technicians, management of tenders/estimates, etc.)
6. Monitor and coordinate fit-out/renovation projects (refurbishment, extension, etc.)
7. Collect rent and issuing reminders
8. Act as point of contact for tenants
9. Monitor contractual obligations relating to the property portfolio
10. Report on the portfolio’s activities and financial information
The ideal profile?
11. Solution-oriented and practical mindset
12. Good relationship skills
13. Technical knowledge of buildings/facilities
14. Dutch speaker, good command of english (french is a plus)
15. Good knowledge of MS Office
