This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and efficiency across multiple locations. Role Under the supervision of the IT manager, you will Play a key role in developing the infrastructure of our European data center, which serves over 30 subsidiaries Manage and maintain IT infrastructures (servers, Firewalls, networks), ensuring their availability and performance Monitor and oversee system operations, from diagnosing issues to implementing security and backup protocols Profile System administration Minimum of 3 years' experience in Microsoft system administration in a medium-to-large company Expertise in Windows Server and Linux operating systems Strong experience with virtual and physical server management (VMware certification required) Knowledge of essential server services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory) Network Security & Firewalls Hands-on experience in Firewall configuration and management (knowledge of Palo Alto is a plus) Strong understanding of security best practices to protect networks and data Network management Experience with Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers) Ability to configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure Knowledge of networking protocols (IP, TCP/IP, VLAN, etc.) Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP) is a major plus Monitoring & maintenance Proficiency in using network monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance or security issues Planning and execution of system and software updates Backup & disaster recovery Experience with data backup and recovery solutions (knowledge of VEEAM is a plus) Ability to develop and test disaster recovery plans Communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to analyze, propose, and present effective solutions Availability for occasional international travel Offer A key position within an international company, fostering strong team spirit and high engagement A full-time, permanent contract (CDI) with an attractive salary package and various extra-legal benefits: meal vouchers, eco vouchers, group insurance, and hospitalization coverage A dynamic corporate culture focused on innovation and collaboration Continuous training and professional development opportunities
