You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, advice and guidance of employees in
the departments Commercial Order Handling, Project Governance, Finance and Administration and Human
Resources.
YOU ACT
In addition, you will take care of:
1. Integrative alignment of Commercial Order Handling, Project Governance, Finance and Administration and Human Resources
2. Further optimization of processes by supporting the interfaces to and between the adjacent areas
3. Monitoring of the project portfolio and responsibility for achieving the project portfolio targets
4. Ensuring the application of PM guidelines and PM tools within the projects, manly based on group standard
5. Responsibility of regular Cost Controlling for all projects
6. Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and standards
7. Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial results
8. Responsibility for Financial Reporting in accordance to the group standards
9. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives
10. Responsibility HR initiatives and actions
11. Ensuring the permanent qualification and training of the employees in the department and groups
12. Regular internal reporting in accordance to the group standards
13. Organization and conducting of internal and external meetings
14. Close cooperation with the functional heads of the group
YOU KNOW
You have a degree in Degree in business law, business administration or industrial engineering; important
to us is:
15. 5-10 years in a similar role
16. proven track record in handling contracts for supply of engineering, equipment and supervision of erection and commissioning of plants Proven job experience of minimum 5 years in business
17. sound knowledge of modern project management tools and methods
18. entrepreneurial thinking and acting
19. ability to work in a team, showing commitment and flexibility
20. professional and personal qualifications for managing and team leading employees
21. extensive knowledge of contract law and project management including claims management
22. fluent in French and business-level command of English (C-1), german language as an advantage
23. ability to work under pressure, high level of presentation and negotiation skills, assertiveness
24. systematic and structured way of working and well organized
25. internationality and intercultural competence
26. willingness to travel worldwide
27. customer oriented and autonomous
28. excellent command of MS Office, ERP/S4 and the ability to work with tailor made software used by Drever
