We are looking for a Area Sales Manager BeLux to increase the profitable sales revenue, increase market share & customer portfolio of Kaiflex into market segments of Refrigeration, HVAC, Industry, OEM (Appliance, Automotive) and Marine.
• Responsible for selling and distributing Kaiflex products to existing customers and prospects.
• Defend and increase the current/legacy business of current accounts and markets.
• Accountable for the Kaiflex revenue, critical for near-term performance, cash flow and profit.
• In her/his responsibilities are the negotiation of annual prices,rebate agreements and long term contracts, the review (with the support of the local authority) of all kind of commercial contracts (NDA, Masteragreements, Framecontracts, LTA etc.) and contract negotiate with customers.
• Look for opportunities, new customers and applications /markets to sell Kaiflex.
• Deliver technical presentations and application benefits to contractors for winning or changing specifications to generate business opportunities for Kaimann portfolio to our distribution network.
• Organize technical training session with customers or installers in the related markets. • Create strong relationship by working closely collaboratively with new and existing distribution partners to keep and further develop the market/brand for Kaimann products and services within the segments Refrigeration, HVAC, Industry, OEM and Marine.
• Ensure specialist, Sub-Contractor and consultant relationships are strengthened and extended through influencing and facilitation of project specifications and technical support for Kaimann insulation.
• Identify and qualify opportunities and determine the potential for new product developments.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitor activity, and identify customer needs
• Undertake any other duties as may be required by your Line Manager or the Executive team, consistent with the scope of the job.
• Report Monthly Activities
• Delivery of annual revenue and development of new target accounts within the geographical area
• Collaborate closely with marketing customer service as well as other departments.
The company is located in Wavre but, when not visiting clients, the employee works mainly from home or from any other Saint-Gobain location in Belgium.
