What do you do as Customer Service Support?
As Customer Service Support, you will work in collaboration with a Key Account Manager on your own portfolio of clients to improve customer experience, strengthen customer relationships, and manage pallets. Through data analysis, you will identify potential risks, opportunities, and discrepancies, and seek customer-oriented solutions. Administrative topics will be initiated and followed up by you to ensure they are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
What skills do you have or want to learn?
* You have a strong analytical mind, a keen sense of time management, and the ability to prioritize. You pay attention to detail without losing the big picture.
* You question things when necessary, take initiative, and are not afraid of administrative work, following through to ensure timely processing of actions.
* You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
* You ideally can work with Excel (and Microsoft Office); knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and/or SAP is a plus.
* You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
