Context of the Mission / Objective of the Job
We are seeking a Senior BI Data Engineering Coordinator to work with one of our key clients within the insurance sector. In this role you will manage business projects and resolve production issues within a data warehouse team. The role involves coordination of development delivery, operational follow-up, and collaboration with business stakeholders, both onshore and offshore. This position demands a strong understanding of business concepts and system development to address reporting needs.
Objectives of the Job
13. Coordinate development in functional domains, collaborating with business clients and IS teams.
14. Ensure quality in developments, adhering to standards and testing requirements.
15. Plan activities using internal tools and manage status reporting and risk mitigation.
16. Understand and master the functional and BI domains of a business line.
17. Gather business requirements and define data solutions.
18. Assist in designing and maintaining data structures over time.

Qualifications
Business Experience
19. Good knowledge of insurance processes and BI principles
20. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience
21. Analysis and efficient coding capabilities
22. Experience with Azure Cloud (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Flow)
23. 2 to 5 years of experience in these areas
24. Preferable: Proficiency with Microsoft BI Tools (PowerBI) and scheduling tools like CTRL/M
Functional Experience
25. Coordination of small development teams
26. Project lifecycle understanding and organizational skills
27. 2 to 5 years of experience in delivering data-oriented projects on time and within budget
