Currently, SHEIN is looking to enrich its value proposition by incorporating top brands assortment to its offer. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Seller Success Manager to help us scale by defining and implementing a growth plan for our marketplace top brands and retailers. This role will be reporting directly to market lead.
Responsibilities
1. Run daily operations and account support for key brands and retailers
2. Define a bold while attainable joint business plan for the managed brands and retailers
3. Analyse, track and optimize daily organic selling levers such as price competitiveness, content quality, customer service, time-to-delivery or assortment width and depth projects
4. Translate brand campaign vision into activation initiatives involving onsite and external media
5. Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to provide clients with insightful guidance
Qualifications
1. Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering or marketing
2. 3-5 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading consulting firm, Consumer Goods company, or e-commerce business
3. Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
4. Strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong understanding of the ES local marketplace landscape
6. Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel
7. Fluency (C1) in both Spanish and English

1. Fashion background, ideally in sports, luggage and shoes categories
2. Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels would be a plus
3. Chinese knowledge would be a plus
