What will you do as an Account Executive?
1. Score and Close: You'll proactively seek out new clients within your sector or region and know how to convert both inbound and outbound leads into satisfied customers.
2. Upsell-master: You’ll spot opportunities with existing clients and persuade them to adopt additional valuable solutions (cross- and upselling within ARR contracts).
3. Stakeholder-whisperer: You’ll collaborate with different types of clients (operations, management, executives, C-level) to deliver the right value proposition.
4. Sales Funnel Master: You'll professionally manage your sales funnel to hit your quarterly targets and long-term goals.
5. HubSpot Hero: You’ll use HubSpot effectively and make sure the CRM becomes a true sales booster.
6. Team Player: You’ll work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to achieve the best results. You’ll also actively participate in coaching and training sessions to continuously improve and grow stronger with the team.

1. Sales Enthusiast: You get energy from closing deals and thrive in a dynamic environment with targets and successes.
2. Sales Pro: You have experience in sales, and SaaS experience is a big plus.
3. Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with tools like HubSpot that boost your sales efficiency.
4. Communicative Talent: Whether it’s with clients or internally with colleagues, you communicate clearly and persuasively.
5. Flexible and Independent: You thrive in an environment where you have a lot of freedom and can work independently.
6. Team Player: Your personality brings even more positivity and energy to our young team.
7. Multilingual: You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a nice bonus!
