Responsibilities
As a frontend software engineer you will join a startup within a startup: a team of excellent product engineers, alongside an embedded product manager and designer. You will primarily focus on building out the user-facing aspects of DataLab like the IDE or AI integrations, while not being afraid to get your hands dirty with the occasional backend work. The role comes with a lot of opportunity to grow as you’ll join a team of talented full-stack engineers to learn from.
Our ideal candidate
5. You are a product-minded engineer who is passionate about building products that people love to use.
6. You have a strong technical background combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism and MVP thinking.
7. Has 3+ years of web development experience building world-class products using React and TypeScript.
8. You write clean, maintainable, performant, and testable code.
9. You are a team player with excellent collaboration skills.
10. You have a problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
It’s a plus if
11. You are interested in data science tooling.
12. You have experience with server-side rendering
13. You have experience with A/B testing.
14. You have experience building APIs using NestJS or Express.
What's in it for you:
In addition to joining a creative and international start-up, as a permanent employee you’ll enjoy:
15. A very competitive salary
16. An exciting job that will offer you technical challenges every day
17. Flexible working hours
18. International company retreats
19. Conference and hardware budget
20. Working with a great team (everyone says this, but we’re serious—we’re pretty great)
