Freshfrozen for Pets develops, produces, and distributes complete, freshfrozen diets for cats and dogs. Our diets are based on raw meat, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Next to our own brands (Jolipet, Wolf's Menu and Barf Buffet), we assist clients in building new brands, from product development to in-store presence. Full-time administrative role at Freshfrozen for Pets in Estaimpuis, with flexibility for 2 days of remote work. The role involves supporting sales, accounting, and production: Firstly, processing orders, answering customer queries regarding delivery times, handling complaints; In addition, supporting accounting with sending out invoices; Finally, supporting production with scheduling productions; Enthusiastic about our products and an animal lover yourself? Representing our company at trade fairs and events and possibly on social media. Clients always come first with you, no matter what; You are customer-oriented, communicative and a real team player; You are accurate, dedicated and comfortable with numbers; You have at least a Bachelor's degree; You speak fluent Dutch and French; Experience in a similar position is a bonus, but it is your drive and enthusiasm that count.
