About this role: As a Sales Administrator, you will be the person in charge of carefully checking all the documents received from our Sales Team, being sure that all details are correct, accurate and compliant. You will then put all the data in our system, keeping the same attention to details attitude. You will be the point of contact for your sales colleagues that might have questions regarding the validity of documents. You will be asked from time to time to join new projects that can pop up and take leads on the project. The second big part of the Sales Administrator role is to welcome new restaurants to the platform. One of your main responsibilities will be onboarding the new restaurant partners, making sure they have all the information they need to have a successful start and then putting them online. What will you bring to the table? Relevant work experience, preferably in sales administration, customer services or after sales. Perfect communication skills in Dutch and good in English and preferably French. Strong communication and listening skills. Positive attitude and persistence, able to solve issues or complaints whilst providing the best service. You find pleasure in building excellent relationships whereby patience and understanding is key. Can work individually as well in a team and you are a relevant link between different departments. You are curious, admin and solution oriented.
