What are we looking for? 🔎
We are seeking a Junior PMO to join our dynamic team at Exeltis. This position involves supporting the management and execution of projects within our Business Development department, ensuring compliance with affiliates' new product launch plans and prioritizing activities with the teams.
The challenge!
*Assist in coordinating and monitoring pipeline projects.
*Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient project execution.
*Ensure management tools are kept up-to-date.
*Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress.
What do you need?
*University degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
*At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of regulatory affairs
*Solid knowledge of general pharmaceutical legislation and regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and mastery of ICH (International Harmonization) guidelines.
*Analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Communication, organizational, and team management skills.
*Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
*Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English .
*Advanced command of standard software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
