Your Responsibilities:
* Customer Management: Maintain contact with existing customers and serve as the first point of contact for their questions and needs.
* Support for Key Account Managers: Assist Key Account Managers in preparing quotes, presentations, and customer visits.
* Order Processing: Responsible for processing and following up on customer orders, ensuring smooth handling.
* Market Analysis: Monitor developments in the Polish market and share this information with the team.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining customer files and reports.
What We Expect from You:
* Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Dutch or French is a plus.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a sales environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Independent and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
* Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
