Job Description
The candidate will work on the M&A Team and will be involved in new business generation, as well as live deal execution. The main tasks/responsibilities for this position include:
* Assist the execution team in the draft and review of both marketing and transaction documents that mainly include Teasers, IMs, Process Letters, Management Presentations, Financial Models;
* Exposure by supporting the senior bankers in client meetings, deal negotiations, valuation, transaction structuring;
* Development of financial models and valuation analysis;
* Preparation of high-quality presentation materials for teasers, information memorandum and other transaction-related marketing documents, both in English and Spanish;
* Performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation;
* Transaction diligence (buy-side and sell-side/carve-out), transaction closing.
Profile
* 2-4 years of related experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Valuation;
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
* High level in modelling skills, accounting and finance knowledge;
* Solid analytical skills;
* Team worker with positive, flexible and proactive attitude;
* Capacity to work efficiently and independently in a timely manner and used to work with tight deadlines;
* Strong linguistic skills in English and Spanish (both spoken and written);
* Advanced skills in Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Bloomberg / Capital IQ / Orbis / Mergermarket;
* Used to work in highly demanding environments with rich experience in M&A processes dealing with clients and third party advisors, and should have a dynamic mindset, proactivity and high self-motivation
