By joining this team, you will have the chance to play a strategic role in developing new contracts while building relationships with key clients. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate key sectors, and manage strategic partnerships, sometimes on an international level (Europe). Sales and Negotiation: Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, handling complex negotiations with high-profile clients. Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular follow-ups on contracts and fostering renewals. New Product Launches: Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products/services and maximize the use of current offerings. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on commercial project outcomes and sales performance, while contributing to continuous process improvements. Education: Degree in Business, MBA, IT, or equivalent. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or senior sales, ideally in IT or finance. Language Skills: Full proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. Commercial Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Autonomy: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Available for occasional international travel (within Europe).
