Our colleagues in the Brand Activation and Marketing team are looking for a Brand Activation Intern to join their team for 6 months. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Zaventem head office while giving you the flexibility to work where works best for you.
As were putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, well be looking for you to learn our activation business while also supporting and playing your part within the function daily.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
1. Brand Management - Youll be working with some of our iconic brands (Pringles, Kelloggs) in Benelux and assist in many aspects of Brand Management, including new product launches, activation support, communication and media effectiveness.
2. Coordinate the implementation of our commercial initiatives - Ensure the smooth and effective execution in the Benelux, aiming to maximize business impact.
3. Support the Activation Team - Managing agencies, overseeing the briefing and design process, and helping to craft an optimized Path to Purchase.
4. Collaboration - You will becollaboratingwith internal stakeholders, including sales, revenue growth management, category management and external partners such as shopper agencies to help develop, plan and execute activations.
5. Develop and adapt - With visibility tools to boost brand awareness and sales at the point of sale. This includes tailored trade programs when required.
6. Measure and evaluate activation efforts. Track and assess the effectiveness of implemented tools.
7. Monitor and analyze monthly product performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
Were Looking for Someone With
8. Ideally pursuing a degree with a focus in Marketing or a related field.
9. Fluent in English French and Dutch speaking are a plus.
10. Great analytic mind and passion for figures and excel.
11. Curious, willingness to learn.
12. Proactive, ability to demonstrate strong leadership and proven track record in collaborating with others.
