Are you a driven lawyer with a passion for transport and logistics? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where your legal expertise can make a difference? At TML, we are looking for a Legal Advisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organisation, while working with various stakeholders in an international setting. Duties:
1. Judicial Advice: Provide expert advice to various departments on contracts, compliance and regulations within the transport and logistics sector.
2. Contract Management: Manage and evaluate contracts with customers, suppliers and partners, and ensure legal compliance.
3. Risk Analysis: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them so that we can secure our business objectives.
4. File follow-up: Manage new/current legal files in collaboration with relevant internal departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Management) any external partners/agencies.
5. Training & Support: Organise training for employees on relevant legal issues and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.
