Job Title: Social Media & Content Coordinator
Location: Nikki Beach Corporate Office – Barcelona, Spain
Reports to: Assistant Social Media Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Barcelona. This role will focus specifically on our hotel properties and complex location-based marketing initiatives within the Nikki Beach global portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry, strong creative and analytical capabilities, and a hands-on approach to managing content strategies across multiple hotel locations. This position complements our local team by overseeing the more demanding accounts and ensuring brand consistency and performance across all platforms.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of social media management for all Nikki Beach hotel properties and high-priority locations.
* Ensure consistent messaging and branding across platforms, tailored to the unique character and goals of each property.
* Develop and execute content calendars in coordination with the Assistant Social Media Manager and location teams.
* Manage elevated and bespoke campaigns that align with the brand’s positioning and business objectives.
* Lead influencer outreach and coordination for hotel properties and strategic campaigns.
* Identify and manage high-value partnerships that support long-term brand goals.
* Oversee paid social media strategies for hotel locations, including campaign targeting, budgeting, and creative optimization.
* Collaborate with the digital team on A/B testing, retargeting, and lead generation initiatives.
* Track performance using tools such as Dash Hudson, reporting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Translate data into actionable strategies to boost performance and ROI.
* Work closely with the local marketing team to ensure balanced support across all properties.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, PR, operations, and design.
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in social media and content marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong understanding of hotel operations and location-based marketing.
* Advanced experience managing social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
* Deep knowledge of influencer and advertising strategy.
* Proficiency in Dash Hudson, Canva (creating social media assets such as reels, stories and graphics) or similar social media management/reporting tools.
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-level accounts.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel as needed and work across global time zones.
