As a Store Manager – Accessories Premium brand, you will provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the selection and purchasing of accessories pieces. Your expert in management team but also have knowledge, materials, and trends, along with your ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships, will be essential in delivering a personalized shopping experience for discerning customers.
* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding, personalized service to each client by understanding their preferences, needs, and lifestyle to offer tailored recommendations.
* Analysis : follow the kpi's of the store and take action with your team, then report to the reatil manager directly.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships through networking and word-of-mouth.
* Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging clients in the store and online, driving sales through a deep understanding of product offerings.
* Product Knowledge and Presentation: Keep the store presentation immaculate, ensuring all accessories is displayed to its highest standard and is available for client viewing.
* Consultation & Styling: Assist clients in selecting products that aligns with their personal style, offering styling advice for special occasions or everyday wear.
* After-Sales Services: Provide exceptional after-sales service, including explaining the care and maintenance, and handling customer inquiries.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and high standards in every interaction.
* Experience: Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a luxury or premium retail. Previous experience in high-end customer service is a significant plus.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build rapport quickly.
* Sales Acumen: Strong sales abilities with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Languages: Fluency in english, and good flemish with additional languages being a plus.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience in retail management software.
