Role: Strategic Sales Manager

The Company
Axzel Search is partnering exclusively with a top-tier logistics provider seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to hunt, develop and win large regional BCO business. The company is leading multimodal transportation and logistics with a strong presence in Road, Rail, and Shortsea, they need a high-level, consultative seller to execute innovative sales strategies across the region.
The Role
As an individual contributor, you will:
* Develop and execute multimodal sales strategies to expand market presence.
* Drive revenue and volume growth in road and multimodal transportation.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
* Work closely with group’s global teams to design integrated logistics solutions.
* Represent the company at industry events, driving visibility and partnerships.
* Analyse market trends and implement strategies to outperform competitors.
The Requirements
* 10+ years’ sales experience in road, multimodal, or freight forwarding.
* Proven success in winning new business and growing market share.
* Strong industry network and stakeholder management skills.
* Expertise in pricing, contract negotiation, and high-value deals.
* Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
