1. Your challenge!
What you will doWe are looking for a Sales Manager who will be more than motivated by the growth of our SME customer base.
You will be responsible for our inbound requests. You will help to grow our sales team to over 10 people (AEs, AMs, …) in the coming years. You will work closely with our Head of Sales.
You will be responsible for:
Managing, coaching and motivating the top players in our fast-growing sales team to improve their performance and prepare them for their future roles
Hands-on leadership of the sales process for major SME customersWe’re obsessed with how we can improve our inbound sales machine to optimize repeatable and scalable growth Implement the right tools and dashboards to measure and improve important KPIs to ensure we make data-driven decisionsCollaborate closely with other managers and the Head of Sales: exploit opportunities and drive the strategic agenda of other departments

About You Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required, as long as you have the right attitude and strong motivation. Resourceful: You can make independent decisions and take initiatives in new and uncharted situations. Eager to Learn : You have a strong desire to continuously improve and grow. Winner’s Mentality: You have the drive to succeed and the flexibility to achieve your goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Dutch or French. Affinity for the automotive industry is a plus. Eager to be part of a fast-growing and ambitious startup.
