Position Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region at Urbantz, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by developing this strategic market from scratch. We seek a dynamic and results driven professional with a proven track record in Enterprise Sales, particularly in the technology and software sectors. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets through our advanced last mile delivery solutions.
This role requires an entrepreneurial approach to building the DACH market with significant autonomy. While resources like dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and extensive marketing support are minimal, you will have access to email caigns and events to aid your efforts. The initial stages will heavily focus on prospecting, demanding a substantial time investment.

3. Manage the entire sales cycle from outreaching to generate. opportunities, to qualification and closing.
4. Identify and engage with potential clients through research, networking, and outreach in a market that requires building relationships from the ground up.
5. Analyze and clarify strategic and operational goals with customers during negotiation to identify how Urbantz can add value to their logistic operations.
