Let’s light up the future together!We are looking for a project manager who will coordinate various lighting projects, including large-scale outdoor lighting installations such as tunnel, road, public spaces projects.The project manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising project activities to ensure their completion on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with lighting industry standards and regulations.Coordinate tasks and activities across internal department (Logistics, Procurement, Applications, Sales) and external supplier partners to ensure seamless project execution.Ensure the end-to-end delivery of lighting projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, customer expectations, and budget constraints.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and optimize resource allocation, and ensure material and component availability.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, lighting specifications and installation scheduleMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with supply chain, site constraints, and regulatory compliance.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Ensure all project deliverables - such as site installation, system integration, and final commissioning - are successfully completed, tested, and approved by the client.Our perfect match has the following profileDegree in project management, engineering, or a related field.First experience of 5 years in managing technical projects, such as electronical or technical installation.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams such as application engineer, commercial and sales support team.You can take ownership and are solutions orientedProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English.At Schréder, every employee is valued for his or her skill set.
